Who’s behind AV LEGAL?

Hi – I'm Aleksandra Vujinović

A German-qualified lawyer, corporate strategist and legal architect for regulated markets advising where cannabis, capital, and (inter)national regulations meet.

I entered the sector when Germany’s cannabis framework was still being written - bringing my corporate and cross-border expertise into a sector still defining its rules. From day one, I’ve helped my clients on how to navigate the Cannabis Act and build legal structures that regulators approve and investors trust.
